Gaza Strip — Gaza’s Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that four Palestinians were killed and 20 others wounded over the previous 24 hours, amid continued breaches of the ceasefire agreement and strikes on various parts of the territory.

Breakdown of the Latest Toll

The ministry said hospitals in the Strip received four bodies, including two people newly killed, one person who died of previous wounds, and one body recovered from the rubble. Twenty wounded arrived at hospitals during the same period.

Bodies Still Trapped Under Rubble

Health officials said a number of victims remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, while ambulance and civil defense crews are facing major difficulties reaching them due to conditions on the ground.

Cumulative Toll Since October 2023

The cumulative death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive on Gaza on October 7, 2023, has reached 73,039 killed and 173,388 wounded, according to the ministry’s figures.

Ongoing Ceasefire Breaches

On the ground, Israeli forces continued to breach the ceasefire agreement: military vehicles opened fire east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, accompanied by artillery shelling targeting the area, while forces continued leveling homes and buildings in the city.
