Occupied Jerusalem and Bethlehem — Israeli forces demolished multiple homes and residential buildings across Jerusalem and Bethlehem on Monday morning, according to local sources.
Jerusalem: Two Buildings Torn Down in Kafr Aqab
A military unit accompanied by bulldozers stormed Airport Street in the Kafr Aqab area, north of occupied Jerusalem, in the early morning hours. Forces demolished a two-story home belonging to Palestinian resident Nafez al-Jabaa, which included a residential apartment and storage space, as well as a separate three-story residential building owned by Mohammed Zakaria Abu Seif.
The report notes that Israeli forces have intensified home demolitions and the issuing of stop-work and building-ban orders across Kafr Aqab, Qalandia, and other Jerusalem-area towns in recent months.
Bethlehem: Two Homes and a Car Wash Destroyed
In the Umm Rukba area south of al-Khader, near Bethlehem, Israeli forces demolished two homes and a car wash on the same morning. One single-story home belonged to Mohammed Ali Salim Moussa. Forces also demolished a 140-square-meter, single-story home belonging to Mohammed Abdul Salam al-Seir, along with a car wash owned by his brother.
Jenin: Stop-Work Orders Issued
In a related development, Israeli authorities distributed building-freeze orders for several homes in the town of Silat al-Dhahr, south of Jenin, continuing a broader pattern of construction restrictions imposed on Palestinian communities across the West Bank.
