Israeli Airstrikes Destroy Mosque in Bureij Camp, Hit House Near Jabalia

Al-Nour Mosque Flattened in Bureij After Israeli Evacuation Order

Press sources reported that Israeli warplanes struck and completely destroyed the Al-Nour Mosque and its surrounding area in Block 9, southeast of the Bureij camp in central Gaza, on Thursday evening. The strike came shortly after Israeli forces had ordered the evacuation of the surrounding neighborhood.

Northern Gaza: Home Near Jabalia Police Station Targeted

In northern Gaza, Israeli aircraft struck a residential building close to the police station in Jabalia camp. Witnesses reported that Israeli warplanes were flying at unusually low altitudes over several areas of the Gaza Strip throughout the evening.

Fresh Evacuation Orders Spark Panic as Ceasefire Violations Persist

Israeli forces also issued new evacuation warnings for parts of the Zeitoun neighborhood east of Gaza City — an area that has faced repeated military operations in recent days — as well as for the Beit Lahia project in the northern part of the Strip. The warnings triggered fresh waves of displacement and widespread fear among residents in the affected areas. The developments come as the Israeli military continues to breach the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect in Gaza since October of last year, with local reporting pointing to a pattern of strikes, evacuation orders and demolitions despite the truce.
