9.3 million pilgrims and worshipers in the Great Mosque of Mecca since the beginning of Ramadan
The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has provided various services to 9,357,853 worshipers and pilgrims since the start of the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1444 AH on March 23 until Saturday.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), today, Sunday, among the services that were provided during the first ten days of Ramadan: the distribution of 508 thousand and 560 packages of Zamzam water, booklets and pamphlets for 62 thousand and 500 beneficiaries, and the provision of digital awareness to 719 thousand and 500 beneficiaries.
While one million and 992 thousand and 50 people benefited from field awareness, volunteer services were provided to 982 thousand and 154 beneficiaries, in addition to providing circumambulation services to 45 thousand and 560 beneficiaries, and distributing 9 thousand and 497 wrist bracelets to young visitors, according to the agency.
On Wednesday, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced the availability of reservations to perform Umrah in the last ten days of Ramadan through the “Nusk” and “Tawakkalna” applications.
