Iran condemns Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip

Iran condemned the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip at dawn on Tuesday, which led to the death of 13 Palestinians, including 3 military commanders of the “Islamic Jihad Movement”.

This came in a statement issued by the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Nasser Kanaani.

In his statement, Kanani expressed his condemnation of “the silence and inaction of international organizations and Western countries” regarding the Israeli aggression on the Strip.

He added, “Islamic countries must take urgent, effective, deterrent and coordinated measures to stop Israeli attacks.”

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced, “13 people, including 4 children and 4 women, were killed, and 20 others were injured,” as a result of the Israeli raids on the Strip.

At dawn on Tuesday, the Israeli army launched a military operation in the Gaza Strip, dubbed “The Defensive Arrow”, during which it carried out a number of air raids.
