A martyr shot dead by Israeli occupation near Jenin

The Ministry of Health announced, this evening, that the young man, Ahmed Muhammad Tayseer Atatreh (33 years), succumbed to his bullet wounds from the Israeli occupation, at a military checkpoint southwest of Jenin.

The head of the village council of Toura, Tareq Kabha, said that the occupation soldiers, stationed at the “Al-Rayhan” military checkpoint near the “Shaked” settlement established on the lands of the village of Toura, shot the young man, Atatreh, when he passed the checkpoint while he was riding his bicycle. the earth.

He added that the occupation soldiers prevented the ambulances and citizens who were in the area from reaching the young man, and left him bleeding on the ground until he died as a martyr.

With the martyrdom of the young Atatreh, the number of martyrs since the beginning of this year in the West Bank and Gaza Strip has risen to 151, including 33 martyrs in the ongoing Israeli aggression since last Tuesday on Gaza.
