Prisoner from Salfit enters his 23rd year in Israeli occupation prisons

The prisoner Ramzi Abu Shamma, 47, from the village of Marda in the Salfit governorate, entered today, Friday, his 23rd consecutive year in the Israeli occupation prisons.

The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs stated that “Abu Shamma” has been detained since 2001 and is sentenced to life imprisonment. He is in “Raymond” desert prison.

It is noteworthy that the prisoner Abu Shamma is married and is the father of a son and a daughter, who were 9 months and a year and a half old when he was arrested.
