Two people injured by Israeli occupation bullets during their storming of Balata refugee camp in Nablus

Ministry of Health announced today, Tuesday, that two civilians were wounded by live bullets, during the occupation forces’ raid on Balata camp, east of Nablus.

The ministry said, in a brief statement, that the first injury was in the chest, and the second in the elbow and thigh, noting in the context that the two injuries were in stable condition.

Special Israeli forces infiltrated Balata camp, while the occupation forces sent military reinforcements after the force infiltrated through Hawara and Beit Furik checkpoints towards the camp.

The occupation forces surrounded a house in the camp, fired Anerga shells at it, and snipers were deployed on the roofs of a number of neighboring houses.

Local sources documented that medical personnel were prevented from entering Balata camp, while several families were detained in their homes.
