Investigation Exposes Global Network Marketing West Bank Settlement Homes to Foreign Buyers

An investigative report has exposed a network of Israeli companies and individuals actively marketing homes built in settlements on Palestinian land across the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem to buyers abroad, revealing how deeply this commercial activity is intertwined with Israel’s official settlement apparatus.

The investigation found that these companies do not operate independently of Israel’s formal settlement institutions. Instead, their activity overlaps with government bodies and coordinates with official efforts to attract Jewish immigrants to the occupied territories, effectively turning settlement property sales into an organized, internationally marketed enterprise.

According to the findings, the network has promoted settlement real estate through organized events in at least seven countries, including the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Australia, Panama, and Mexico. The most recent of these events was the “Grand Israeli Real Estate Exhibition,” held in London in mid-June 2026, which the report describes as an extension of similar marketing activity dating back to the 1990s.

The report raises serious questions about the international legal exposure of both the companies involved and the foreign buyers participating in these transactions, given that settlements built on occupied Palestinian territory are widely regarded under international law as illegal.
