Israeli settlers, operating under the protection of Israeli occupation forces, attacked the village of Al-Mughayyir, located northeast of Ramallah in the central West Bank, on the evening of Saturday, July 11, 2026. Local sources said the settlers approached the village from its eastern side and attempted to storm the home of resident Mohammed Hamed Abu Aliya. The attackers also allowed their livestock to graze on Palestinian-owned agricultural land in the area, causing damage to trees and crops. Al-Mughayyir has repeatedly been the target of settler attacks in recent years due to its proximity to several nearby settlement outposts, and residents say incidents involving property damage and intimidation have become increasingly frequent.
