Extending the detention of released prisoner from Umm al-Fahm

The detention of the released prisoner, Dhafer Jabarin, from Umm al-Fahm has been extended until next Thursday, after his arrest from his home in Wadi al-Nusour neighborhood yesterday, Thursday.

Today, Friday, the Haifa District Court extended the detention of the released prisoner, Dhafer Jabarin (45 years), from Umm al-Fahm, until next Thursday.

Jabareen was arrested yesterday, Thursday, from his home in the Wadi al-Nusour neighborhood of Umm al-Fahm, after the Israeli police forces raided the family’s home and wreaked havoc upon it after searching it.

The released prisoner, Jabareen, spent years in Israeli prisons, including the year 2021, when he spent 4 months in administrative detention, which was issued by the Israeli Minister of Security at the time, Benny Gantz.

It is noteworthy that Jabareen spent 17 years of his life in Israeli prisons, on security charges, before he embraced freedom in 2019.
