Israeli settlers last night attacked and injured a Palestinian youth in the town of Deir Dibwan, east of Ramallah.
Israeli settlers sneaked into Deir Dibwan and opened fire at its residents, injuring one in the hand.
They said the settlers also attacked Palestinian vehicles traveling on the road at the northern entrance to Ramallah while others, protected by soldiers, shut roads for Palestinian commuters.
