Israeli settlers Monday set up a new outpost northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Jericho.
Ayman Ghraib, an activist, said that a number of settlers set up a carvan on the al-Maarajat road, and brought their livestock, a portable water tank, aiming to seize Palestinian-owned lands in the area.
