Two martyrs shot dead by Israeli occupation in Qabatiya

Two young men were murdered at today’s dawn by Israeli occupation forces’ bullets, as they stormed the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, in the occupied West Bank.

Eyewitnesses reported that a large force suddenly stormed the town, amid intense flight of drones, closed the main streets in the town, and called out loudspeakers to prevent the movement of cars, while those forces besieged several houses in the town.

They added that the occupation forces targeted a vehicle with a hail of bullets in one of the streets of the town, killing two young men, Ahmed Assaf Kamil from Qabatiya, and Rani Walid Ahmed Qantat from Jenin camp, and wounding a third.

Armed clashes broke out with resistance fighters in the town, and heavy gunfire and several explosions were heard.

Activists circulated scenes showing the size of the violent clashes that took place in Qabatiya, amid the occupation’s reinforcement of its forces with many mechanisms.
