Gulf Cooperation Council condemns Israeli continued violations of Al-Aqsa Mosque

The Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, Jassem Muhammad Al-Budaiwi, expressed his strong condemnation and denunciation of the continued violations against Al-Aqsa Mosque, the latest of which was today by an Israeli official.

In a statement issued on Sunday, Al-Budaiwi stressed the need for immediate and urgent action to prevent these violations of the sanctity of Al-Aqsa Mosque and its courtyards, holding the Israeli occupation forces responsible for the reactions resulting from these violations.

He called on all international community institutions to intervene forcefully and quickly to revive efforts to empower the Palestinian people with their legitimate rights to establish their state on the lands of 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital, to achieve the desired peace and stability in the occupied Palestinian territories.
