Israel assassinates Ahmed Abu Daqqa, a prominent leader in Islamic Jihad movement.

Israel assassinated the leader of the Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, Ahmed Abu Daqqa, in a bombardment that targeted his house in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli occupation planes suddenly bombed the house of the martyr Ahmed Abu Daqqa, 43 years old, a member of the Military Council of the Brigades, which led to his death and the wounding of three members of his family.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza reported that one martyr and four other wounded persons had arrived at the European Gaza Hospital as a result of the house being bombed.
