Civil Defense carrying out 111 missions since the start of Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip

Civil Defense Directorate crews announced today, Saturday, the implementation of 111 various missions since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has been going on for the fifth day in a row.

According to the statistics of the Civil Defense, its crews received 78 distress signals since the start of the aggression on the Gaza Strip, and carried out 58 firefighting missions to places targeted by the occupation since the start of the aggression on Gaza, in addition to extracting and transporting martyrs from the targeted places.

The statistics stated that the civil defense ambulance crews dealt with 40 different injuries and transferred them to the sector’s hospitals in all governorates.

In turn, the Civil Defense Directorate stated that it carried out 13 rescue missions for citizens in places that were targeted by the occupation aircraft, stressing that its specialized teams continue to work in a state of alert and readiness to deal with any emergency.

She referred to the most important tasks carried out by the civil defense crews within 24 hours, controlling a fire caused by the occupation’s bombing of the house of “Abu Al-Atta” in the Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, as well as dealing with the Israeli bombing of a residential apartment in the Al-Nasr neighborhood in Gaza, which left a number of Martyrs and injuries.

The Gaza Strip is being exposed, for the fifth day in a row, to the aggression of the Israeli occupation, which began with the assassination of three leaders of the military apparatus of the Islamic Jihad Movement, “Al-Quds Brigades”, and resulted in 33 martyrs, 147 wounded, and great damage to buildings and facilities.
